CCT - Carpet Cleaning Technician

This is a two-day course that anyone who is even
thinking about cleaning carpets must have. Learn the history. What are the
fibers (types and sources)? Fiber identification, carpet construction,
carpet dyeing and colors, texture, the characteristics, installation,
mechanics of soiling, the cleaning cycle, understanding pH, chemistry of
cleaning, on location cleaning methods, over wetting problems, crew
procedures, spot removal, marketing and sales.
IICRC owns no schools and produces no training
materials. However, IICRC does recognize established schools throughout
the nation that meet specific standards of Certification.
Anyone attending this class has the option at the
end of the course to take the IICRC Certification examination.
The examination, along with the proper application
and fees, is forwarded to the IICRC for processing. Once a person meets the
qualifications they are sent Certification credentials.
CLASS TIMES: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM each day.
Manual is included with each registration.
Certification testing begins immediately following the course. A separate
fee (cash, check, or credit card) payable to IICRC is required at the time
of testing.
